If you’ve been made redundant due to a shortage of work or for personal reasons (such as illness), we offer transition support to guide you on the path to new employment. If you are currently employed and want to develop your skills in your current field or are considering a career change, we offer skills development support to help you move forward toward your goal.

Therefore, Omstella offers you as employer support before, during, and after your transition. We also provide support to employees affected by redundancies and to those who remain employed.
