For those employed by an Omstella-affiliated employer, we offer personal guidance if you wish to further develop yourself or acquire new skills within your current profession. We can also support you if you want or need to change careers completely. The goal is always to empower you and strengthen your position in the job market.
We assist you in creating inspiring and structured CVs and cover letters that enhance your chances of being called for an interview. You can also receive help with interview and presentation techniques, as well as improving your presence on professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn. If you are considering starting your own business, you will also receive guidance through that process.
Study and career advice
The career guidance consists of dialogues where we together clarify your decision-making process, strategies to progress in your career, and guidance regarding training that aligns with your interests and goals.
